Ham, Egg, Tomato and Cheese Bun

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice deli ham
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 slice cheese

Directions:

  1. Butter hamburger bun and place under broiler until toasted.
  2. Scramble 1 egg in frying pan until set . Warm deli ham in pan while egg is cooking.
  3. Place in this order on toasted bun bottom. Ham, egg, tomato slice and cheese slice. Slide finished product under broiler until cheese has melted and toasted slightly.
  4. Add salt & pepper and bun top.
