Ham and Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 cup non fat milk
  • 6 small potatoes
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions:

  1. Slice potatoes thin.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  3. Melt margarine in saucepan; add potatoes
  4. Cook until potatoes become soft
  5. Add milk
  6. Heat until mixture just begins to bubble
  7. Add 8 oz package of shredded cheese. Stir to melt
  8. Add ham. Mix well
  9. Pour into casserole dish.
  10. Dust top of casserole with bread crumbs
  11. Place casserole in oven, uncovered
  12. Bake for 30 minutes
