Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crush garlics and onions.
  2. In a frying pan,mix the red currants with garlic onion 3 table spoon oil,vinegar,,wine and salt.
  3. Cook nearly 5 - 6 minutes.
  4. Mix 3 table spoon oil and black pepper and add little salt.
  5. Spread this mixture every part of fishes with a brush and keep them 10 minutes by covering the dish.
  6. Cut the avocado and tomatoes in to small pieces.
  7. Cut the garlic chives into small pieces.
  8. After 10 minutes, grill the fishes for 6 minutes.
  9. Add 1 table spoon red currabt sauce over every fish.
  10. Then place avocado tomatos and garlic chive over.
