Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in dutch oven over medium heat
  2. Saute onions 8-10 till golden and soft
  3. Add beef and pork, breaking up with back of spoon till just browned
  4. Drain fat
  5. Add guinness, bring to simmer 4-5 ins
  6. Add peppers, garlic, tomatoes, and all spices
  7. Mix well
  8. Add beans
  9. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer 2-3 hours
  10. I let it simmer on the stovetop for about 1.5 hours, then i had to run out, so i tossed it in the slowcooker on high for another couple of hours.
