Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup onions

Directions:

  1. In a soup pot, bring all ingredients to boil then simmer 30 minutes.
  2. Pour in blender and puree.
  3. Serve hot.
