Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt-free greek seasoning

Directions:

  1. Cook rice according to package directions, omiting salt and fat. Drain. Place in a serving bowl; add tomato, ripe olives, lemon juice, and seasoning. Toss.
