Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat , saute th e rice a roni with butter until the vermicelli in the rice a roni is golden brown
  2. Slowly stir in 2 1/2- cups water and specail seasonings and bring to a boil
  3. Reduce heat to low simmer 15 to 20 minutes- or until the rice is tender.cool completely
  4. In a large bowl , combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and pepper, with a wire whisk.....
  5. Toss rice mixture with dressing ..........
  6. Chill at least 30 minutes .....
  7. Garnish with cucmber slices and feta cheese
