Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 5 cups milk

Directions:

  1. To prepare pumpkin remove skin and boil until soft.
  2. Strain for several hours to remove as much water as possible.
  3. Can be frozen for later use.
  4. Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shells.
  5. Top with Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Allspice.
  6. Bake at 325-350 Degrees 45-55 Minutes.
