Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare a pan of any shape with parchment paper. Choose a pan according to the shape you want the final result. Then preheat an oven to 400° Fahrenheit.
  2. Sift into a large bowl the flower, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add margarine. In a small bowl, crack the egg, add the milk, beat the whole together.
  3. Pour the egg and milk mixture into the margarine and dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly, as much as you can, to incorporate the flour. Then add a tablespoon (approx) of milk and mix again.
  4. Flour a surface and knead the dough very briefly.
  5. Place on your parchment paper and give any shape you want to the whole thing. NOTE: The dough should be no thicker than 3/4 inch at any point.
  6. Crease the dough almost all the way down on the lines where you will cut it after cooking.
  7. Place into preheated oven at 400° F and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and, after letting it cool for 5 minutes, cut, and serve warm or keep for later.
