Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Grease 2 trays.
  3. Mix flour ginger and bicarb in bowl.
  4. Add sugar butter golden syrup and egg.
  5. Roll into balls.
  6. Place onto tray and flatten.
  7. Bake for 12 -15 minute.
  8. Makes a lot not sure on servings.
