Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 30 g butter
  • seasoning

Directions:

  1. Slice asparagus into 2.5cm lengths on the diagnal.
  2. Melt butter in a frying pan.
  3. Add the asparagus, garlic and seasonings.
  4. Fry until asparagus is just tender.
