Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 oz) container of o' soy soy yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of cooked carrot
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 dash orange juice
  • 1 tbsp flax seed

Directions:

  1. Put all these ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix'em up.
  2. The result is a thick delicious smoothie that packs a real nutritional punch.
