Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 to 2 cups crushed ice

Directions:

  1. In a blender combine all the ingredients and puree until smooth. Serve the smoothies in cold glasses.
