Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup yogurt , 0% fat
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 small banana

Directions:

  1. Put everything in blender and blend till smooth. Use frozen berries.
