Ingredients:
3/4 cup silk unsweetened soy milk
1/2 cup yogurt, 0% fat
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1 small banana
Directions:
1. Put everything in blender and blend till smooth. Use frozen berries.
