Fried Won Tons - Pangseet

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 packages won ton skins

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients except for skins.
  2. Roll meat mixture into 1/2 to 3/4 inch balls.
  3. Center on a won ton skin and fold skin into won ton shape, using water to seal skin together.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil until brown.
  5. Serve with sauce made from tomato ketchup and mustard mixed together. Add chili sauce, or red pepper flakes if you like a hotter sauce.
