Ingredients:

  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 6 oz water
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Saute Garlic and Onions in olive oil.
  2. Add tomato paste, water, diced tomatoes, sugar and paprika.
  3. Bring to boil and simmer for half hour.
