Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add mint. Cover and steep at least 20 minutes. Strain and discard mint. Chill until needed. (Steeping and chilling time not included.)
  2. Combine fruits (having coated in lemon water to prevent browning) in a large bowl.
  3. Stir yogurt into the mint syrup to blend well.
  4. Pour over the fruit and toss to coat.
  5. I serve this in Sundae glasses and it's gorgeous, with a dollop of dressing on top.
