Fiery Mexican Flat Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick
  3. Place it on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
  4. Bake it in the oven for 5 minutes
  5. Take out of the oven
  6. Mix salsa and sour cream together
  7. Spread over dough
  8. Spread the Mozzarella and the cheddar cheese over top
  9. Top with avocado, beef, and sliced onion
  10. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil
  11. Sprinkle a pinch of each salt and pepper
  12. Enjoy!!
