Easy Weeknight  Lasagna- the Best!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic.
  3. Add Ground Beef and Italian Seasoning.
  4. Cook until browned and crumbly.
  5. Add sauce to skillet, mix with beef and continue cooking until combined.
  6. In a mixing bowl- mix ricotta cheese and parmigiana cheese- set aside.
  7. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.
  8. Grease a 9 X 9 Square pan ( or what ever you have).
  9. Spread layer of meat sauce on bottom.
  10. Next layer of Barilla lasagna sheets- single layer.
  11. Next layer meat sauce.
  12. Next layer of ricotta cheese mix.
  13. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  14. Repeat until all used up making top layer mozzarella cheese.
  15. COVER with aluminum foil( do not forget to cover).
  16. Cook for 30 minutes.
  17. Uncover and cook for 10 minutes more until bubbly.
