Easy Weeknight Lasagna- the Best!

This is an easy weeknight lasagna that has ALL the taste of a Sunday meal. If I want to go the extra step I will make mini meatballs and use them in place of the meat layer. Serve this up with some buttery crusty garlic bread and a nice fresh salad. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) box lasagna noodles (barilla no boil sheets)
3 cups ricotta cheese (depending on how heavy you like it)
1 cup shredded parmigiano
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cups marinara sauce (1 jar)
1/2 lb ground beef
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
2 teaspoons olive oil
Directions:
1. In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add garlic.
3. Add Ground Beef and Italian Seasoning.
4. Cook until browned and crumbly.
5. add sauce to skillet, mix with beef and continue cooking until combined.
6. In a mixing bowl- mix ricotta cheese and parmigiana cheese- set aside.
7. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.
8. Grease a 9 X 9 Square pan ( or what ever you have).
9. spread layer of meat sauce on bottom.
10. next layer of Barilla lasagna sheets- single layer.
11. next layer meat sauce.
12. next layer of ricotta cheese mix.
13. sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
14. repeat until all used up making top layer mozzarella cheese.
15. COVER with aluminum foil( do not forget to cover).
16. cook for 30 minutes.
17. uncover and cook for 10 minutes more until bubbly.
