Easy Crock Pot Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 8-9 medium size russett potatoes
  • 1 package of dry ranch dressing
  • 1/3 cup olice oil .
  • pepper to taste.

Directions:

  1. Wash potatoes, and slice in thick slices- about 1/2 inch
  2. In large bowl, mix the olive oil and the ranch dressing.
  3. Add pepper to taste.
  4. If you need lower sodium, use 1/2 the package.
  5. Toss in the potatoes until they are coated.
  6. Fill crock pot, and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
