Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 3 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix together and use prior to grilling chicken and steaks.
  2. Store the spice mixture in an airtight container; can be stored for up to 1 month.
  3. Also is good stirred into chili and thick soups!
