Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup dark cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup rice flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 tbsp water or 2 tbsp coffee

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all of the dry ingredients.
  3. Add all the wet ingredients.
  4. Bake in a greased 8 x 8 pan for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Cool before cutting.
