Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In medium or large mixing bowl combine 1 cup boiling water, dates and 1 tsp of baking soda, let set for approximately 15-20 minutes.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing well.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.
  4. Bake mixture for 45 minutes in oblong or square pan until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Top with freshly whpped cream or cool whip. Desert can be served warm.
