Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Beat butter and eggs, add sugar. Beat in flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
  2. Stir in pineapple.
  3. Bake in greased or paperlined muffin tins at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
