Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Whisk eggs, vanilla, and sugar until well-combined.
  3. Add oats, dates, and almonds. Stir well.
  4. Add flour slowly until the mixture holds together (this may mean that you use slightly more or less flour than called for in the recipe). The consistency should be sticky to handle.
  5. Shape onto a flat tray or into a square/rectangular baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into bars.
