Ingredients:

  • 1 (2 -3 lb) beef roast
  • 1 (46 oz) jar dill pickles

Directions:

  1. Put the roast in the crock-pot.
  2. Then pour pickle juice over roast.
  3. Cut the pickles in the half and put them in the crock-pot.
  4. Put the lid on and put on low for 8 hours.
