Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill.
  2. In a big bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, onion powder, and pepper until well blended.
  3. Shape mixture into 8 patties, about 3/4-inch thick.
  4. Place patties on prepared grill; cover grill, cook over medium heat 13-15 minutes, turning once, until meat thermometer inserted in the center of patties reads 160°.
  5. Layer buns with lettuce, tomato slices, and burger patties.
  6. If desired, serve with ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onions.
