Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package imitation crabmeat
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp seasoning salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper (or to taste, or use freshly ground black pepper)

Directions:

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients.
  2. Let sit in fridge for 3 or more hours before using to blend flavors.
