Ingredients:

  1. .Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Put the water in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. When the water starts to boil, add the bananas, cover, and steam for 10 seconds, until heated through.
  4. Be careful that they do not become too soft.
  5. Drain and roll them in the melted butter.
  6. Roll each one separately in chopped peanuts.
  7. .Arrange them on a baking dish, and bake for 15 minutes, or until the peanuts are lightly browned.
  8. Serve hot.
  9. Serves 4 to 6.
