Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
  2. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar, with mixer on medium, until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg, vanilla, and bananas, beating until well mixed.
  4. Add the next 4 ingredients and stir until well blended.
  5. Stir in granola.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes or until set.
  8. Remove from cookie sheets and place on wire rack to cool.
