Directions:

  1. Mix, flour, salt and soda together.
  2. Cream shortening until fluffy.
  3. Add sugar gradually and beat until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each one.
  5. Stir in vanilla and flour mixture then add cereal, oat, and coconut.
  6. Form into small balls and place on greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
