Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Directions:

  1. Rinse dried beans until water runs clear. Dice onion and mince garlic. Add all ingredients to crock pot. Cook on high 6-8 hours or low 8-10 hours.
