  2. Slice zucchini into 1/4 slices.
  3. Toss with olive oil.
  4. In another bowl, combine cheese, breadcrumbs and salt.
  5. Pat each slice on both sides to coat with mixture.
  6. Bake until golden brown - 10 min.
