Creamy Pasta With Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz) cans chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 lb chicken
  • 1 (1 lb) box angel hair pasta

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Melt butter in a large saucepan. Then stir in flour, salt, pepper until smooth and bubbly.
  3. Remove from heat mommentarily and stir in chicken broth, milk, garlic, and basil.
  4. Return to stovetop and bring it to a boil; boil for one minute.
  5. Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted.
  6. Place uncooked chicken in a large glass baking pan. Pour the sauce overtop.

  8. Cover the dish and place in the oven for one hour.
  9. Cook your pasta according to the package directions.
  10. Serve topped with the sauce.
