Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. cook egg noodles in boiling salted water until tender, yet firm, and drain.
  2. 2. In large saucepan melt butter and add 2 tbsp. green onions or chives, cooked noodles, sour cream, grated cheese, and nutmeg.
  3. 3. Toss lightly to coat egg noodles.
  4. 4. Turn into heated casserole or serving bowl.
  5. 5. Sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
