Creamy Cucumber And Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 3-4 tsp milk
  • pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Stripe the cucumber by peeling strips lengthwise down the cucumer, leaving strips between.
  2. Slice cucumber widthwise to create coins
  3. Cut onion in half lenthwise, then slice each half widthwise and seperate the onion slices
  4. Cut each cherry tomatoe in half
  5. In a large bowl, combine salad dressing, mild and pepper.
  6. Add the vegetables to bowl and mix well
  7. Chill in refrigerator for an hour (or longer) to let flavors mingle.
  8. Serve as a salad...or it is also good to put some between 2 pieces of bread and eat as a sandwich!
