Ingredients:

  • 2 -3 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Heat skillet.
  2. Add oil.
  3. Add flour when oil is hot.
  4. Salt and pepper.
  5. Cook over medium high heat to cook flour almost brown.
  6. Add milk and stir till the desired thickness.
