Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together with wire whisk.
  2. Dip veggies, chicken, etc. in batter, then deep fry in hot oil.
