  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line a greased pie dish with cheese slices.
  3. Beat together the eggs, milk, crab, chilis, scallions, salt and pepper. Pour over cheese in pie dish.
  4. Bake 40-45 minutes or until just set in the center. Cut into wedges.
