Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, lemon juice, saltines, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in salmon. Shape into twelve 3-in. patties.
  2. Place in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour, dill, salt, pepper and nutmeg until blended. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with salmon patties. Yield: 6 servings.
