Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the egg, milk, onion, and Worcestershire sauce; stir in bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Crumble the beef over the mixture; mix together well.
  3. Shape into 1 1/4-inch balls; place in a lightly greased 15 x 10 inch baking pan.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
  5. In a saucepan, saute the mushrooms and onion in butter until tender; stir in 3 tablespoons flour and salt until blended.
  6. Gradually add broth; bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes; reduce heat.
  7. Combine the sour cream and remaining flour until smooth; stir into mushroom mixture.
  8. Add meatballs; simmer, uncovered, for 4-5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  9. Serve over noodles; sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
