Ingredients:

  • 16 oz couscous
  • 16 oz corn
  • 1/2 cup finely diced onion
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tbsp cilantro

Directions:

  1. Prepare cous-cous as directed on box.
  2. Move cous-cous to a large bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
  4. Chill for two hours and serve. Ok to serve warm too. :).
