Cilantro Lime Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • cilantro (use as much as you like, at least a handful)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt (plus more to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Directions:

  1. Chop tomatoes, onion, garlic and jalapeño.
  2. Drain tomato juice if you like chunkier salsa, leave it if you like it runnier.
  3. Throw all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
  4. Enjoy!
