Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Put carrots in a baking dish.
  2. Add water and dot with butter.
  3. Sprinkle with oregano and salt.
  4. Cover and bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours or until tender.
