Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of baby carrots
  • 2 clove of garlic (minced )
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Heat frying pan with butter
  2. Add the garlic until aromatic
  3. Add the baby carrots, honey, salt and pepper and sauted until the carrots are soft. *add 2 tbsp. of orange juice if you have them available*
