Ingredients:

  • 14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/2 lb cod

Directions:

  1. Put tomatoes and spices in a medium pot. Bring to boil over medium heat. Put fish into pot frozen. Reduce heat. Cook 10-15 minutes until fish is opaque and flaky.
