Coconut Skillet Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, butter, eggs and sugar.
  2. Add milk.
  3. Stir in coconut.
  4. Bake in a buttered cold iron skillet at 300 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until done.
