Chipotle Baked Haddock Fillets

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb fresh haddock fillets
  • 1 bottle red bone alley smokey chipotle aioli
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup

Directions:

  1. Brush the haddock fillets with 1 to 2 ounces of Red Bone Alley Smokey Chipotle Aioli.
  2. Place fillets skin side down on a flat baking sheet.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for approx 8-10 minutes.
  4. Remove the haddock fillets from the oven and spoon remaining Aioli over the fillets.
  5. Serve piping hot and enjoy.
  6. * This recipe may be grilled as well following the same process above.
